LaMarcus Aldridge Out at Least a Week

LaMarcus Aldridge will miss at least a week with Plantar Fasciitis.  This means you need to pick up Travis Outlaw, IF he's actually still available!  Travis is averaging 19.5 points, 7.5 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 1.3 blocks with 49% shooting in 29 minutes off the bench during the month of December.  What's more impressive is that he's coming off the bench, but finishing games!  He's not only on the court at the end, but he's making game winning shots and getting final shot plays called for him!  Nate McMillan really trusts this guy and he's going to continue to get minutes and build on these numbers in Dec.

I'm not sure if he'll start with LaMarcus out (although I suspect he will), but he will get more minutes and more scoring opportunities.  The Trailblazers thought Travis had the potential to be a special player when they drafted him out of high school, we could be seeing that potential coming out.  Go get him!!

Trailblazer Dancer

Portland Trailblazers Preview

Greg Oden is hurt, which opens the door for LaMarcus Aldridge. He’ll be very good this year. I expect averages of close to 20 points and 10 rebounds per game. Brandon Roy will build on his rookie campaign and do quite well leading this team. Jarret Jack should do about the same that he did last year. If you need rebounds, Joel Przbilla is your man.

I’ll be watching Martell Webster and Travis Outlaw to see if they ever cash in on their potential.

This is so short, because I only have three teams left and with the birth of my daughter
